  • 3A Glutes - Easy

    The gluteal muscles, often called glutes are a group of muscles which make up the gluteal region commonly known as the buttocks. They are also important hip stabilisers. These exercises are a first introduction on how to engage and start to strengthen them.

  • 3B Glutes - Intermediate

    A bit harder workout and a good follow up to the 3A video.

  • 3C Glutes - Advanced

    Only 2 exercises, but they are quite tough and get repeated several times on different level of difficulty, so some glutes strength will already be required to master those!

  • 3D Glutes - Intermediate

    A work out on hands and knees; intermediate level.

  • 3E Glutes - Advanced

    These exercises are rather challenging and I'd recommend some previous training before tackling them.

  • 3.1 Glutes - basic

    These exercises are focusing on our gluteal muscles and are suitable for everybody!
    I will also show you how you can add intensity to the workout if you would like to challenge yourself more.

  • 3.2 Glutes - on belly / intermediate

    Working our gluteal muscles in a different position: on our belly!

    If you have lower back problems, be careful with these exercises. One of the side lying videos might be better for you.

  • 3.3 Glutes - intermediate

    A series of Glutes exercises on the back, using the shoulder bridge. Intermediate level of difficulty.

  • 3.4 Glutes - intermediate

    A glutes workout on intermediate level containing bicycle legs and leg circles.

  • 3.5 Glutes + Adductors

    Besides the glutes, we are also going to work our adductors (inner thighs) in this video. As the tempo is a bit quicker, I would not recommend it for beginners. Very beneficial exercises for sportsmen of any kind.

  • 3.6 Glutes - advanced

    A bit more challenging workout for our glutes incl. working the obliques.
    Not suitable for beginners.

  • 3.7 Glutes - intermediate

    An intermediate Glutes workout on all fours

  • 3.8 Glutes - Shoulder Bridge Variations

    In this video I will show you a few variations of the Shoulder Bridge exercise. While i would class it as intermediate level of difficulty it is suitable for most people.

  • 3.9 Glutes on belly - easy

    An easy workout for our Glutes on our belly. Great in combination with one of the Glutes stretches.

    If you have trouble with your lower back, these exercises might not suitable for you. Please choose another video.

  • 3.10 Glutes + Back - advanced

    This advanced workout combines exercises for our glutes as well as our upper back and arms.
    It is not suitable for beginners!

  • 3.11 Glutes - intermediate

    A workout for our gluteal muscles, lying on our side. Intermediate level of difficulty.

  • 3.12 Glutes - easy

    An easy workout exercising our gluteal muscles; lying on our side.
    Suitable for everyone incl. beginners
