  • Glutes Stretch on all Fours

The gluteal muscles are the muscles around our hips and pelvis.
In this video we are going to perform a progressive stretch for our glutes on our hands and knees.

  • Hamstrings Stretch 1

Our hamstrings are situated along the back of our legs.
In this video we will gently stretch them while sitting down on our mats.

  • Adductors stretch

The adductors are part of our inner thigh muscles. These muscles work very hard while riding and therefore it is even more important to stretch them out to keep them supple as well as strong.

  • Glutes Stretch sitting

The gluteal muscles are the muscles around our hips and pelvis.
In this video we are going to stretch our glutes in a sitting position.
This exercise might be more suitable for people with knee problems.

  • Child's Pose + Cat Stretch

This video combines the child's pose (or prayer stretch) with the cat stretch; flowing from one to the other and it is a great way to stretch out your back.

  • Child's pose variations

Variations for the child's pose position for people with knee problems

  • Hipflexors stretch standing

A good alternative for people with knee problems

  • Hipflexors stretch kneeling

A progressive stretch for our hips in a kneeling position

  • Hamstrings & Adductors stretch with band

A series of stretches for your Hamstrings (back of your legs) and your Adductors (inner thighs) stretch using a resistance band.

  • Child's Pose + Adductors Stretch

We are combining the child's pose stretch for the back with an adductors stretch for the inner thighs and hips.

  • Hipflexors + Hamstrings Stretch

This is a combined stretching exercise in which we move between a hip flexors and a hamstrings stretch.

  • Glutes Stretch Sitting 2

A stretch for our glutes in a sitting position. This stretch is very easily adjustable according to your individual flexibility.

  • Hamstrings Stretch 2

This hamstrings stretch is a bit advanced, so if your hamstrings are very tight, I'd recommend another stretch, for example the one using the resistance band.

  • Back Stretch

Lovely stretch for back mobility incl. Cat stretch, Child's pose and Thread the needle

  • Hamstrings Stretch 3

As you can easily modify this hamstrings stretch to suit your personal requirements, it is suitable for everybody.

  • Hipflexors release & Hamstrings stretch

A hipflexors release combined with a hamstrings stretch and a few more movement.
Suitable for everyone. Great for people with tight or stiff hips!

  • Back mobilisation

An excellent exercise combining different positions and stretches to loosen up our back. Highly recommended if you have a very straight back and/or your back tends to get stiff.

  • Stretching I

    A combination of stretches.
Great to do at the end of your workout or by itself.
