A comprehensive workout which starts with some breathing exercises and then combines abdominal with obliques exercises. It starts easy, but then adds in difficulty, so not really suitable for beginners.

A workout containing easy exercises for our oblique abdominal muscles. Suitable for everyone!

This video contains more advanced exercises and is not suitable for beginners. Also not recommend for people with neck problems.
